Xango has a great opportunity. What an excellent vehicle to carry you to the places that you want to go – the places that require some extra income.
Let’s focus on the “gas” that your business needs for that vehicle to be able to roll in the direction of your success.
If you don’t get your business in front of lots of people then you pretty much have nothing. Every business owner from major stores like Sears and Walmart to mom and pop businesses to network marketing reps – we all have to have a way of getting in front of fresh eyes every day.
Xango is part of your life. You may be already making some great income, or you may be just getting started. Either way, it’s time to get your head around the concept that you need to present yourself as a leader in order to generate new leads.
That means you create a solid plan for when you’re done exposing your warm market to your new found marketing prowess. Not only are you going to make it so new people can find you, but you’ll also make it so that you can easily show your skeptical friends and family that you really do know something about business.
When I was first figuring out the lead generation thing I would spend hours at college campuses asking kids if they want part time work. Those who signed up would get a call from me and we’d see what happened from there.
Mostly nobody answered the phone when I called them. And if they did and said they’d be to a meeting they wouldn’t show.
It al adjusted and settled in once I figured out how to use the internet to get the word out. Lots of individual business ownders just like you are out there searching for answers to their marketing issues.
I decided to learn what I needed to learn in order to be a solution – and that’s what you need to do too.
Stay with me here. I’m going to give you a general run down of points that you need to come to understand if you want people to join you in Xango through the internet.
1. Get the right tools and teach your team to use them. You need certain tools to establish yourself as a credible online entity. They don’t have to cost a lot. Keep it under two hundred dollars per month.
2. Create a complete and useful sales funnel, and don’t mention Xango until people tell you they want to join your team. If you do this right you could actually change companies and never have to change your sales funnel except at the very narrowest point.
3. Understand that it’s what you know about business that will have people clambering to your team… not what you know about Xango.
4. Make your own (or use your upline’s) internet marketing training, sales funnel, and traffic generation format in order to inspire people to join you because you’ll make it so much easier on them – and to help your new team mates to recruit using your system so they don’t have to create their own from scratch.
5. Be an inspiration to your team.
Teach your entire team to understand that if they help someone today, for free, they’ll be developing a relationship that will return to them either immediately or down the road a ways. Either way the immediate goal is lead generation and long term is building a team. You’re team should be growing a little bit, or a lot every month once you have your breakthrough.
