Hello my friend and welcome to my blog. If I can help in any way, give me a ring at 801-473-6134. And remember, "The task ahead of you is never as great as the power behind you"
I’ve spent some time over the past few months studying XanGo and it’s compensation plan.
I have to say what I’ve said before: MLM is MLM is MLM.
I hope you don’t think I sound cynical. Being a network marketer myself, and learning the hard way what kind of marketing works for the average person like me, I’ve learned to be very real.
Hype is a tactic designed to get you excited about the potential – every mlm, including XanGo has an exciting compensation plan.
So let’s go into the details of the XanGo compensation plan. It’s nice and simple.
You start out as a rep who buys product for yourself to stay qualified. Excellent idea, by the way. The network you build as a XanGo rep then duplicates you and everyone gets paid a lot of money. (Again, same-oh.)
The new rep gets a combined 45% on their first two levels as a power start. After that first “power start” period of time it goes down to 5% on levels 1 and 2 and 10% on level three.
After level 3 from level 4-8 it goes back down to 5% and then down to 2% commissions on level 9.
Of course there are qualifications to be reached, and we know that when you’ve got a big organization getting 2% is still a lot of income. Most compensation plans look something like this.
Okay – The XanGo compensation plan also comes with bonuses. “Global Bonus Pools” are like profit sharing. You get a cut when you qualify for the global bonus pools.
A really big deal is made of what makes them “different” from the competition. They do equal pv to dollar ratio. It’s not that much different when you equal out the percentage, but you can make a decent income and having the pv be equal to your qualifying purchase dollars makes you feel really warm and fuzzy. *wink* (Always good to have positive feelings like that!)
Once we get passed all of that information the XanGo compensation plan videos that I scoured through really only push that the product is really great and that results from the product mean retention of downline.
I can’t say this enough. Network marketing is pretty much all the same. You can’t give in to hype and think that your excitement alone is going to carry you to the top.
Keep a wise head on your shoulders and make sure you’re joined to a team leader who fully understands marketing. Yes. I’ll say it again. Marketing. You can’t have a business if you have no idea how to get the word out.
The XanGo compensation plan is really great. That do have some fantastic perks. But don’t join just for the perks. Find out if your leader knows more than just how to spout about XanGo.
Leadership in your chosen company is going to happen by degrees. Nobody starts out as a leader even if they want you to think so. No, let me rephrase that; there are a lot of dynamic people who had established their credibility in business with their warm market before network marketing ever came their way.
Those people think they got rich just by spouting company and product information.
But the bottom line is that they had the respect of their friends and family in business somehow, or they figured out how to effectively leverage a good leader who took them fully under their protective wing and helped them establish that credibility.
That’s how everyone in mlm makes it work. So, if you’re looking at the XanGo compensation plan and you like it, but make sure you have a leader who isn’t just saying they’ll help you. Make sure they really do help you.

Bronwen, you realy are hitting them between the eyes and that is a good thing. A compensation plan is a numbers game and numbers are in the people not in the product. As I have mentioned in a previous article, networking is a “YOU INC.” business. It’s you creating a simple to follow system that can be duplicated by those who are willing to do brain surgery – upon themselves – then share the experience.
