People from your company are coming to the internet in droves to figure out how to get themselves some Scentsy leads and lots of them… fast.

Clearly you’re one of them *wink*, or you wouldn’t be reading this article, so I’m going to teach you a little bit about what I know about generating lots of leads really fast, and then how to funnel those leads into your down-line.

First of all, this is all going to be “in a nutshell” because there’s enough information to fill a 100 page e-book and I’m not going to write it. (I’ve got my videos to cover this information in full.)

Scentsy Leads in a Nutshell:

• The first thing you need is a website with a promise (that you can follow-through on) and a lead capture form.
• Second – DON’T market until your entire sales funnel is completely ready for people to use.

Let me elaborate just a little bit on the sales funnel.

The front end goal is to help as many people as you can, whether they join your business or not. Your entire sales funnel should serve anyone in MLM, and offer a simpler, easier way to do what you’re teaching when they join your team.

Don’t panic if you don’t understand what that means. It’s okay to not know “how” at the moment, as long as you comprehend the concept.

• The failures out there lead with the opportunity, the team, and the product.

A major key to effecting a multitude of people is to genuinely want them to succeed… in their business.

• A hype-filled sales pitch isn’t inspiring; A promise that you follow through on is.

New marketers stand out like a sore thumb. Take care how you promote yourself to get Scentsy leads.

Okay. Let’s move into what this looks like:

1. Set up your sales funnel and team marketing system (or join someone’s down-line who already has one that you can jump into and get a move on.)
2. Drive traffic to your lead capture pages.
3. The more traffic you get to a finished sales funnel the more potential scentsy leads you can help.
4. People will join you for your leadership – not for your company or product. They just need to know that you’re going to show them how, that it’s working for you, and that you believe they can do the same thing you’re doing and meet their goals the way you’re meeting yours.

Make sure you have a solid plan to help your new people. Shorten their learning curve as much as possible. A team effort is an amazing benefit to a newcomer.

Once your sales funnel is created you’ll spend most of your time driving traffic and working with new recruits. Do you know what type of marketing (traffic driving) you’re going to do to generate Scentsy leads?

Allow me to recommend low cost blogging with article marketing (and video marketing) and a splash of social media. It takes me less than 2 hours per day to maintain my marketing for traffic generation. And it’s free traffic.

One more word of advice: Never quit. Especially not during set up. What a tragety that would be. You can do it.
