I’ve said it before – I love Scentsy representatives. So I’ve been writing this Scentsy Selling tips/secrets series just to be as superhuman-ly helpful as I possibly can.

You, the fantastic Scentsy Consultant that you are may still be having trouble with a couple of things:

1. Time
2. Money

LOL! It’s okay. This is a huge problem for everyone as they get started in their business. Your particular time issues probably have something to do with the fact that you can throw party after party and either nobody shows up, or you only sell $500 worth of product and you’ve convinced yourself that team building is just never going to be something that you do.

Here’s my Scentsy Selling Secret of the day:

Move more volume by recruiting a huge team. You’ll make a lot more money if you all do the minimum. That sounds crazy, I know. But if you think about it you’ll understand what I’m talking about.

It’s what MLM is all about. Leverage. No single person can be expected to make a million dollars at any point in time if they are ONLY selling product. (Just the thought of personally moving that much product makes my head spin a little.)

If moving product personally is all you’re doing then you still don’t understand what you have your hand on. Network marketing is about building a big giant network of people who all use the minimum amount of product so that everyone can benefit in a really huge way!

So the Scentsy Selling Secret today is not a personal product sales tip. It’s a mass-team sales tip. START RECRUITING! You have a great product that keeps people coming back for more again and again, and if you build up a team and make sure you stay qualified for your income you’ll be totally set!

So what’s holding you back? Are you afraid that the people you know aren’t interested in having a business? I understand that fear. It’s pretty normal for network marketers to feel that way. Guess what though, if you learn the right approach a lot of things change. In fact, your warm market will probably come to you to ask you to show them what you are doing.

Another breath of fresh air is that you can learn true blue Scentsy Selling on the internet. Meaning lead generation.

You just need to learn how to do it first.

The beautiful thing about internet marketing (attraction marketing) is that there are a lot of people doing it right now. What?! You ask? How is that beautiful and what does that have to do with Scentsy Selling?

It’s fantastic because MOST of the people who attempt to market online are inconsistent and are just filling up useless cyberspace.

You have the opportunity to outshine them and benefit from being of SERVICE to them just by being determined and tenacious. Marketing (selling) is not something that comes naturally to everyone. Some of us really had to work hard to get it down, but those who don’t quit are the ones who make the money.

(I know you’ve heard that before! It’s true!)
