Every network marketer on the planet who has any interest in success is thinking about mlm lead generation (click!). It doesn’t matter if those thoughts tend toward your warm market, meeting new people at the grocery store, or figuring out how to generate leads on the internet. We need to do it and we need to do it really well!
In the beginning it’s pretty nerve racking. I remember the time that everything was gibberish to me, too. It’s a foreign world with new words and concepts to master that have nothing to do with company trainings.
This is the world of leadership.
It’s highly likely that your or someone in your downline joined the opportunity you’re with now with the idea that you could work for a half an hour per day and make millions within months.
You may have even expected that first 10,000 dollars to show up in your mailbox in your first or second month.
At the very least most network marketers join this industry thinking that twiddling their thumbs all day is going to do the trick! MLM lead generation ideas don’t enter their minds until they really get serious about doing some work.
That’s the moment everything in their business world changes forever.
The average everyday human doesn’t have a great marketing education. That’s okay because that education can be had at no cost via the internet these days.
There are simple concepts that, when followed consistently, are the answer to the every day average human for installing mlm lead generation permanently into your business plan.
- Attraction marketing is “The Way” to bring people your way – do whatever you do in the best interest of those people.
This is important. You don’t want people to come to hate you if you use attraction marketing the wrong way and people find out that all you were doing was trying to get them to spend money so that you can make some.
We don’t do “jerk marketing”. We are out to help people – so make sure your heart is in the right place when you apply attraction marketing.
- If you’re going to do mlm lead generation you have to have a way to capture leads and a complete and functional sales funnel set up to teach people how to do what they need to do to succeed.
Your sales funnel should be jam packed with the best training that you’re using, that works, and it should be delivered by you or someone in your upline team.
Credibility is gained by showing people that you know what you’re doing. That doesn’t mean everyone in your team has to make their own training before they can start with their own mlm lead generation.
They should use your training – that you made – and when they’re ready they can make their own. In the mean time they can contact their warm market with their lead capture pages and then from there start doing whatever traffic generation method you’re teaching. (Low cost is best.)

Another great article Bronwen. There is so much hype out there on the internet with some claiming that you can make 100K in your first month in business with no work. That is so untrue. Hard work and dedication will get you to the top.

He had to earn it by the sweat of his brow. We have to pick a system and work it. I like this system and you teach it well. Thanks again.
You are so right. There is no free lunch. I even gave some money to a beggar on the corner the other day and he was working really hard (and FREEZING) just to get a hand out.
(Don’t be a beggar. *wink*) Work is healthy and it’s the thing from which leaders are made.
