(Not sure why this article keeps reverting to a sea of black. But I’m posting it anyway.)
Xango is an excellent company. Great product. Great pay plan. You’re in a “go-cart” that is bound to take you to the places you want to go. Some places cost money, don’t they!

Let’s focus on the “gas” that your business needs for that vehicle to be able to roll in the direction of your success.

It shouldn’t surprise you when I tell you that you need to get your business in front of new blood every day of the week. You can’t just bother your warm market until you no longer have one. Nobody wants to be “the crazy network marketer”. You have to find a positive way of getting new exposure of the right kind every single day of the week.
If Xango is your bread and butter… or if you hope it will be one day… then this is the day to start thinking like an mlm business owner.
What does that mean? It means you have a plan for when you’ve talked to all of your warm market once.

Don’t nag them until they hate your guts. Some people just never will be interested in having a business. Ever.

When I was first figuring out the lead generation thing I would spend hours at college campuses asking kids if they want part time work. Those who signed up would get a call from me and we’d see what happened from there.
It didn’t work very well. In fact, nothing came of it.
It al adjusted and settled in once I figured out how to use the internet to get the word out. Lots of individual business ownders just like you are out there searching for answers to their marketing issues.
It’s all about learning what you need to know, using it, and teaching others how to do it. I did it and I want to pass the wisdom along to you.
Stick around. I’m about to show you a little list of starting points. Points that you need to get your head around so that you can funnel people who are looking for solutions straight into your Xango team.
1. You need the right tools to get out there and make yourself an online presence. Those tools don’t have to cost a ton. Your budget can easily be under $200 per month.
2. Make your sales funnel functional and excellent. (And don’t say anything about Xango until the very last step of your funnel. If you do you’ll chase people away and if you do this right and make helping people the most important thing then a lot of people are bound to join you without even knowing what company you’re with until they’re ready to join you for your leadership anyway. It happens… a lot around here.)
3. Accept the fact that it’s not spouting about Xango that makes people want to join you. It’s leading in marketing and showing others to do the same thing that will bring people to your door.
4. Make sure you have a simple, streamlined, team training system in place. This is one of the reasons why people will want to join you. Make it easy for them to do what you’re teaching when they join your team. It works really well and you’ll be able to help a lot of people.
5. Be an inspiration to your team.
Teach your entire team to understand that if they help someone today, for free, they’ll be developing a relationship that will return to them either immediately or down the road a ways. Either way the immediate goal is lead generation and long term is building a team.
You’re team should be growing a little bit, or a lot every month once you have your breakthrough.
