Xango has a pretty fantastic compensation plan. It’s a great “car” to get into in order to get paid the way you want to when you get to where you’re going.

I’d like to focus this article on the “gasoline” that any business owner needs in order to make their car run.

Without people to expose your business to you have nothing. Leads are such an important part of any type of business, whether it be a big department store or a small home business… you simply can’t ignore the fact that you need a constant and consistent supply on a daily basis.

If Xango is your bread and butter… or if you hope it will be one day… then this is the day to start thinking like an mlm business owner.

What does that mean? It means you have a plan for when you’ve talked to all of your warm market once. Don’t nag them until they hate your guts. Some people just never will be interested in having a business. Ever.

When I was first figuring out the lead generation thing I would spend hours at college campuses asking kids if they want part time work. Those who signed up would get a call from me and we’d see what happened from there.

It didn’t work very well. In fact, nothing came of it.

When it really changed was after I learned how to generate leads using the internet. There are a lot of people searching cyberspace for answers to their lack of success problems.

I decided to learn what I needed to learn in order to be a solution – and that’s what you need to do too.

Stay with me here. I’m going to give you a general run down of points that you need to come to understand if you want people to join you in Xango through the internet.

1. You need the right tools to get out there and make yourself an online presence. Those tools don’t have to cost a ton. Your budget can easily be under $200 per month.

2. Set up a great sales funnel and don’t say anything about Xango until the very narrowest end of the funnel after people already show interest in joining your team.

3. Understand that it’s what you know about business that will have people clambering to your team… not what you know about Xango.

4. Create and use a simple training system that anyone can follow so they can join your team and not have to create their own. It’s easier to just use yours. (There are not as many leaders out there as you’d think. Not many who are willing to create an entire training system. It’s not easy, and it takes time.)

5. Inspire your team.

Your long term goal is team building.

Your short term goal is daily new leads. If you can teach your team to think that same way, attract the solution seekers and help them openly, you’ll see what I’m always saying about “when you pay it forward it always comes back to you eventually”.
