This article is not just about Scentsy leads, but I’m going to focus on Scentsy representatives because I love them. They’re everywhere in the area where I live (my sister is one of them) and I love the passion that they have about their products.

I was at the grocery store the other morning and I saw a few cars and SUVs with that snazzy Scentsy logo plastered all over the back windows. That’s what got me thinking about your success in your company.

Before I get into the actual “how to” of the process of getting leads I want to prepare you for a paradigm shift.

Network Marketing is about recruiting and generating product sales in a certain amount so that you can get paid when the people you recruit generate product sales in a certain amount so that (you and) they can get paid when the people they recruit generate product sales in a certain amount… etc.

You know this. You’re a network marketer. It’s how the average person like you and me are able to build up a massive empire.

The problem is that most network marketers don’t know a thing about generating a business relationship – let alone teach you how to do it. That’s what I’m doing here.

I’m going to teach you how to create business relationships.

And some of these people are going to want to be your Scentsy leads. Some of them will accept the wisdom that you have to offer and move on to do their own thing. Either way, you will succeed in making money and reaching your goals – as long as you learn to be consistent and become the leader.

Okay. I know that most Scentsy reps are women, and most of them are even Utah moms who just want to earn some money on the side and spend more time with their kids than they do on business.

So I’ll tell you this: I’m a Utah Mom too, and you don’t have spend more than 2 or 3 hours per day building your empire. It’ll just take some time and consistency – and I can vouch for this process because I created it. I know it works when you apply consistency.

I use to teach voice lessons to 3 students per week, one hour lessons each, and with preparation, etc. I spent more time doing that (for a lot less income) than I do on what I’m doing now.

Alright. Let’s talk about generating leads.

Scentsy Leads Tips:

1. Align yourself with someone who knows how to do low cost lead generation. (Need I literally point at myself? *wink*)
2. Create a sales funnel full of value and don’t say anything about your product or your company.
3. Become a teacher. That’s where the value resides.
4. Learn how to invite people into your downline at the right time.
5. Teach your downline to use enough of their own product to qualify to get paid. (It’s only $150 per quarter. I think you can each handle that personally.)
6. Accept the fact that you can (and will if you follow along for long enough) have people asking you if they can please join your business because they want to work with you – without even knowing what business you’re in.

I think that’ll do for now as far as paradigm shift.

Now, I don’t want to overwhelm you so I’ll just give you three tips that you can get out and do right now to generate scentsy leads right away.

1. Get a blog and start writing “how to” articles.
2. Put a lead capture form and a video introducing yourself on the sidebar. (Don’t know how? Ask!)
3. Start leaving comments with your link on highly ranked blogs like this one.
