Hello my friend and welcome to my blog. If I can help in any way, give me a ring at 801-473-6134. And remember, "The task ahead of you is never as great as the power behind you"

Ah, ACN Inc. A great company with a dream of being the biggest and best telecommunications company in the world.

You’ve joined them because you believe that this is the right vehicle for you to ride straight to the fruition of your financial goals. Good. Passion is everything… sort of.

What? Sort Of?

Yeah, sort of. There’s more to being a leader than just believing that you’re with the right company. There’s organization to be created, credibility to be established, and you’ve got to do it yourself – unless your upline is already doing a good job of it. Are they?

They key to downline retention in ACN Inc (click!) – (In any mlm, honestly.)

I’m going to give you a heads up here because I don’t want you to blow off what I’m about to tell you simply because you don’t know how… or you think it’ll be too hard.

This leadership thing comes with a lot of responsibility. But you wouldn’t have started your business if you didn’t want to reach those goals. So, even though you were told in every presentation and training meeting that this is going to be easy – it’s not as easy as just doing nothing. Or even as easy as just doing a little bit.

There’s work to be done. But it’s way, way easier than starting any other kind of business than an MLM like Acn Inc.

Okay, that’s out of the way. Now let me help you get to work.

The first thing you need to create is a back-end training to help your newest recruits start recruiting right away. You may be a warm marketing genius, but in my experience using the internet is a far more powerful (and effective) for bumping into lots of new people.

Imagine how many people you can introduce to ACN Inc if you are out there on the internet. Just take great care to learn attraction marketing so you don’t lead with the opportunity, the company name, or the products. If you do it will destroy your progress!

Nobody cares about your company. They care about your leadership. In my personal experience people don’t even need to know the  name of your company, anything about the products, or the compensation plan in order to know that they want to join my team.

If you make good promises that you keep people will join you in droves just for the privilege of working side by side with you.

In order to create that training… well, let’s face some facts. You’ve got to get trained first. The way to get trained is to find a mentor who is focused on one type of marketing and follow them diligently. Study their every move.

After your training is complete you’ll know exactly what to do to generate leads and bring them happily into your fold and help them to follow your lead. Just make sure you don’t send them out there to do it from scratch like you are.

Think about that for just a few minutes. When you figure out what I’m saying you’ll know exactly what it takes to be a strong leader in ACN Inc.

The company won’t teach you how to market effectively. You have to find that knowledge elsewhere.

I’ll see you at the top!

Sincerely,

Bronwen Oehlschlager

  • Bronwen you have touched on some great points here. She is so correct when she says – “it’s not as easy as just doing nothing. Or even as easy as just doing a little bit.”
In fact, just doing a little bit will be so frustrating that you wont last, and if you do last and figure it out then you’ll know exactly what she is talking about.

Bronwen, you are so right. Doing little to nothing is the most frustrating thing in life when you are trying to build a business in Network Marketing. Fortunately, the internet has come to rescues some of us. Even though it requires a lot of hard work, it sure is fun once the mechanism is built.

Great article Bronwen, not only can you apply this information to ACN, Inc, but to all MLM businesses. Hard work and perserverence is key to becoming a leader and it will be well worth it in the end.
