Okay, so here’s the deal. Xango leads are out there, and they can be had by the buckets full if you do what you have to do to get them. (Yes, I’m talking about specific things, not begging and bugging.)
The question that I’d like to answer today is:
“How many XanGo leads do you need in order to recruit plenty of people into your business and ultimately help your own little corner of our industry’s market.”
Why don’t you start by setting a goal of generating one lead per day? It’s a great beginning goal. That’s about 30 leads per month. 30 more people to connect with than you had before.
Then move on to a new goal of 2 per day. 60 more than you had before. Once you get past that you’ll see that it’s simply to go for 3 XanGo per day and there ARE things you can be doing to improve those stats on a consistent basis.
So how many do you really need?
I’m sorry but that question really can’t be answered. Sometimes I recruit more people per month than other times, but the bottom line is that if you have the right sales funnel working for you and people can see that you will help them, and they believe that they can do it with that help…
Well, you’re bound to do some recruiting. At that point just make a goal of recruiting 3-5 people per month. Were you doing that before? No? Then it’s your new goal. It might not happen the first month, depending on who you’re working with, but at some point if you stick with it it’ll happen.
What did Einstein say? He really wasn’t smarter than anyone else, he just stuck with the problem long enough to solve it.
He mastered things. You should follow his example. He’s right. The people who never quit eventually become network marketing millionaires. Even it if took them years and years to do it. It can be quick or slow with you and your XanGo business. Who knows how it will unfold.
You don’t have years and years, you say? Stop lying to yourself. You don’t have something else in line to meet those goals, do you? Was that too strong? I don’t think so. I said the same think to myself years ago.
Be honest. Any progress is worth celebrating and building upon.
Take those XanGo leads that you generate and treat them right. Do something valuable for them. Give them a reason to know that you’re the right leader to follow. Show them that they can believe that you really do know what’s what with marketing and you’ll show them how.
Remember that you are a leader who’s never going to quit. You’re the one who will make it all the way to the top of your compensation plan. You’re the one who is going to teach all of those fumbling XanGo leads (and reps) how to market their business like a professional.
