Last night I had an amazing experience that gives me an excellent Leadership and Lead Generation analogy.
In the wee small hours of the morning a massive lightening and thunder storm flew over the mountain that I live on in Utah. It was so incredible!
I’ve never been so close to lightening before as I was last night. I was in awe of the powerful crack of thunder that was so loud that it literally shook my home over… and over… and over again.
What an impact! It had my kids running and snuggling into our bed for safety.

You know how important your business is to you… You have been through your warm market list multiple times… and you are finished with buying dead beat leads… This is your hour, my friend. It’s time to shake the foundation of the masses and get yourself some low cost leads who really want to make a success of themselves!
Shake the house with your enthusiasm. The stuff that leaders are made of… Are you afraid? Don’t be. Everyone has to start somewhere.
That’s why the topic of this article is Leadership Skills.
Can you imagine how powerful it would be for your business if you could rock the online lead generation world with the excitement that keeps you from quitting your business even though you know you have a lot to learn?
You can do it, and have people racing into your business… if you handle your lead generation the right way.

- Public Speaking Skills
- Enthusiasm and Urgency Skills
- Consulting and Listening Skills
Not to mention:

- Tenacity
- Inner Strength and Peace
- The ability to put powerful people to positive use
- Connection to a Mastermind of strong, successful, supportive people
- And last, but certainly not least: Humility
These are skills that a true leader in the rough knows that they need to develop. Don’t underestimate them, they go hand in hand with the system, proper set-up, impressive and valuable follow-up, and every other technical skill that you also need to acquire in order to get what you want from your business.
All of the above mentioned attributes are skills that come naturally to some (the successful 3% in MLM) and are hard learned by the rest.
That shouldn’t stop you though. Knowing that you can learn these skills should be enough for a leader like yourself to go out and snatch them up.
Have you ever thought about what a difference attitude makes to successfully getting whatever it is you want, in business or otherwise? I know that you’re the type of person to get through the learning curve knowing that the only person slowing you down is you, and make lots and lots of money doing what you have chosen to do.
Make Yourself a List.

You’re going to find a better way to market yourself and get in front of more people more consistently and knock the socks off of everyone who ever told you it was a bad idea.
