Hello my friend and welcome to my blog. If I can help in any way, give me a ring at 801-473-6134. And remember, "The task ahead of you is never as great as the power behind you"

After a nice few weeks of writing about fun analogies that make you smile about getting MLM leads but don’t help you know what to do… I’ve decided it’s time to get a move on and do a “how to” article.

This may not be inspiring per-say, but you should go away with a better understanding of writing an article, where to put your keywords, and how to stay away from looking like a great big advertisement (which will get you blacklisted from the article sites you need to use).

Let’s talk rules.

Rule #1 for writing an article to get mlm leads:

  • Teach.
  • I’m talking about teaching what you know. We’re in a business of duplication so if you teach what you practice then you’ll have a foundation for building a relationship of trust with your hopeful leads.

Rule #2:

  • Don’t self promote! Don’t say anything about what you can do for them aside from what you’re going to teach them right in the article your writing.
  • Interpretation: Just share your knowledge. Give away your best stuff. Share, share, share.

Rule #3 for writing an article to get mlm leads:

  • Talk to one audience.
  • It’s a mistake to talk to a “group”, and it’s a mistake to try to cover more than one target market.
  • If you’re writing to people who are brand new to the concept of online network marketing then talk to them only. Don’t try to include intermediate internet network marketers too. Why? Because you won’t be able to connect with either of them if you do.
  • Talk to beginners in one article, then write a similar article speaking to intermediates if you want to talk to them too.
  • Also – make sure you are talking to one individual, the way I’m talking to you. It’s the difference between making someone feel like you understand them as an individual and making them feel like they’re just one in a million and nobody quite gets their needs.
  • Examples: (Do this) “Hi there my friend. I know you’ve been struggling to make ends meet and you’re trying to use your MLM to earn some extra money…” (Don’t do this) “Hi there my friends. You’re all struggling to make ends meet and I know all of you want to use your MLM to earn some money…”

Rule #4:

  • If you’re struggling to know what to say just go read what someone else has written.
  • You can either write a review about what they said and what it brought to your mind, or you can simply write a similar article in your own words.
  • What to say will flow from you if you simply sit down and write.

Rule #5 for writing an article to get mlm leads:

  • Keywords go at the front of the headline -
  • In the description (toward the first few words) -
  • In the first 90 characters (first few words) of the body copy -
  • Every 100(ish) words of your article -
  • As the anchor text for your text links in your signature (in the signature box) -

That’s about it. You can do it! Print this article out if you need to and pin it up next to your computer so you can refer to it and keep yourself on track. You can also write your own article like this.

That’s how you’ll solidify your knowledge. Just make sure you teach what works!

See you at the top!

Sincerely,

Bronwen Oehlschlager
