I love this Mega Scentsy Selling Tip!

The other day my sister (who is a Scentsy rep like you) called me and asked me what I thought of this excellent idea she had. It was just too good, I had to share it with you.

I’m really impressed with her because she used her head, and the connections that she has been establishing over the years. It’s the mark of a great marketer. Make sure you take good notes and do some brainstorming of your own for your Scentsy business. *wink*

Before she had children she worked in a high end loan establishment. She was their office manager and she was well loved and highly respected because she always went the extra mile to do an excellent job. (She’s just like that. Natural talents are our friends.) She left on friendly terms when she had her first babies (twins) and sometimes they call her to cover their front desk for a day if they need last second help. It’s a great example of long term relationship building. Only she did it without even knowing how important it is to think about long term relationships.

(Hint. Think 10 years down the road any time you meet someone. You never know how important that relationship could be to both of you if you nurture it properly.)

She always invited those people to her Scentsy parties, and made sure they knew that she was still selling the products via facebook, and other invitations – so one day one of the loan officers called her up and scheduled a meeting where he asked her to put together some house warming baskets for new home loan customers.

She hopped on that idea and went to the store and picked up a bunch of things that people need in a new home, like a mop, sponges… stuff like that, and a few Scentsy products with her name on them.

The loan officer who asked her to put the baskets together was so happy with them that he spread the word to the rest of the office and they are using her now too. She charges a 20% mark up. (I knew you wanted to know about that. *wink*)
